posGtech Inc. is not responsible for compliance with regulations, requirements or obligations associated with any contract resulting from this quotation unless said regulations, requirements or obligations have been passed to posGtech Inc. and approved.

Most hardware and technology products are sold as non-returnable, non-cancelable. Manufacture warranty is transferred to customer as part of the sale. Please check manufactures warranty or ask your sales representative for the manufactures warranty period.
Ink, Toner Maintenance Kit’s, Imaging Drum Kits, Fuser Kits, Waste Toner, Transfer Roll, Charge Roll, Pick Up Roll, Separation Roll & many other printer specific supplies and products are non-returnable. However, they include a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Please inquire for more details.

Returns and Warranty Policy
1. Non-Returnable Items
- Unopened and unused toner cartridges, printer supplies, and parts are non-returnable.
- Customers are responsible for purchasing the correct toner cartridges, printer supplies and parts for their printer. If a customer switches printers, they cannot return unopened products from their previous model.
2. Defective Product Warranty
- Toner cartridges, printer supplies and parts are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
- If a customer believes a toner cartridge, printer supplies or product is defective, they must request a Return Authorization (RA) or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3. RA/RMA Request Process
- Customers must submit clear photos of the toner cartridge, printer supplies, and parts along with a detailed explanation of the issue.
- All toner cartridges, printer supplies, and parts will be inspected and tested. If deemed defective, it will be replaced with the same part number.
- Exchanges for a different model printer are not allowed.
4. Refund Policy for Defective toner cartridges, printer supplies or parts
- If a customer does not want a replacement, a refund will only be issued if the toner cartridges, printer supplies or product is returned, tested, and found to be defective.
- Refunds will be processed only to the original credit card used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to a newly issued or different credit card.
5. Exclusions
- Damage caused by improper storage, mishandling, or printer issues does not qualify for warranty replacement.
- RA/RMA requests without sufficient proof of defect (photos and explanation) may be denied.
APO / FPO International Terms & Conditions:
All above conditions apply as well as the below terms and conditions.
posGtech Inc. ships internationally to APO’s, FPO’s via USPS and we ship to all APO’s, FPO’s located in Canada, Germany, Ramstein, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Guam, Honduras, Kwajalein Atoll, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Jordan, Iraq, and all points in between.
For shipments to APO addresses and FPO addresses no Import fees, duties, taxes, vat fees, etc. are charged. The only charge would be the products price, USPS shipping charge and the insurance to insure the APO and FPO shipments.
Returns from APO and FPO are generally not accepted due to some toner cartridges, printer supplies and parts may be classified as hazardous materials due to their contents, especially if they contain chemicals or ink that could be harmful if spilled. These products might have restrictions on shipping, and it could require special handling or documentation. Also, it’s more difficult to meet RMA expiration dates when dealing with an APO/FPO address due to longer shipping times.
There are some shipping restrictions to APO and FPO of items that are restricted from shipping IE Batteries, Power Banks, UPS Battery Back Up systems, Etc. Check with your sales representative prior to ordering.
