Carefully review your order for accuracy upon arrival.
Most hardware and technology products are sold as non-returnable, non-cancelable. Manufacture warranty is transferred to customer as part of the sale. Please check manufactures warranty or ask your sales representative for the manufactures warranty period.
Unopened toner & ink cartridges (pending approval) are returnable up to 30 days after purchase & will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Opened toner & ink cartridges are non-returnable. Ask your Sales Rep for more details.

Most toner orders have a flat $5.00 shipping charge.
For small supply orders, shipping charges range between $15-$20, depending on weight.
We charge actual shipping charges and do not mark up or inflate shipping.

We charge actual shipping on all APO orders. We ship US mail/US Express with insurance.
We are required to ship APO orders in person at our local US post office so, we don’t know what shipping charges are until we go to the post office and get a shipping and insurance price. Generally $20-$80 per box to ship to APO.
Unfortunately, we can not quote shipping charges ahead of time. We charge actual shipping charges and do not mark up or inflate shipping.
