Most hardware and technology products are sold as non-returnable, non-cancelable. Manufacture warranty is transferred to customer as part of the sale. Please check manufactures warranty or ask your sales representative for the manufactures warranty period.

Ink, Toner Maintenance Kit’s, Imaging Drum Kits, Fuser Kits, Waste Toner, Transfer Roll, Charge Roll, Pick Up Roll, Separation Roll & many other printer specific supplies and products are non-returnable. However, they include a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. Please inquire for more details.

Returns and Warranty Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items

• Unopened and unused toner cartridges, printer supplies, and parts are non-returnable.
• Customers are responsible for purchasing the correct toner cartridges, printer supplies and parts for their printer. If a customer switches printers, they cannot return unopened products from their previous model.

2. Defective Product Warranty

• Toner cartridges, printer supplies and parts are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
• If a customer believes a toner cartridge, printer supplies or product is defective, they must request a Return Authorization (RA) or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Defective toners will be shipped to our returns warehouse for testing. If it’s found to be defective, it will be replaced under manufactures warranty. Please note that empty toners are not eligible for warranty replacement.
• If you need a replacement immediately, we can ship an advance replacement and charge your credit card. Once the original toner is returned, tested, and confirmed to be defective, we will issue a full credit for the charge. If the toner is empty or determined to be functioning properly, no credit will be issued.

   

• Empty Ink & Toner Return Policy
  If you receive an empty or partially filled ink or toner cartridge in a sealed box, please notify posGtech Inc. immediately. Such items are returnable to us only within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer’s technical support for warranty replacement.

  If we replace an ink or toner cartridge and the replacement also arrives empty, contact the manufacturer directly. They will troubleshoot your printer and the cartridge to determine if a replacement is warranted. If approved, the manufacturer will provide a warranty replacement.

3. RA/RMA Request Process

• Customers must submit clear photos of the toner cartridge, printer supplies, and parts along with a detailed explanation of the issue.
• All toner cartridges, printer supplies, and parts will be inspected and tested. If deemed defective, it will be replaced with the same part number.
• Exchanges for a different model printer are not allowed.
• Do not return any product without prior authorization from posGtech Inc. Unauthorized returns will be disposed of and no credit will be issued. Improperly returned items cannot be sent back to the customer. Only return products that have been approved, and ensure you include the provided RMA number and return address with the shipment.

4. Refund Policy for Defective toner cartridges, printer supplies or parts

• If a customer does not want a replacement, a refund will only be issued if the toner cartridges, printer supplies or product is returned, tested, and found to be defective.
• Refunds will be processed only to the original credit card used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to a newly issued or different credit card.

5. Exclusions

• Damage caused by improper storage, mishandling, or printer issues does not qualify for warranty replacement.
• RA/RMA requests without sufficient proof of defect (photos and explanation) may be denied.

6. Restocking Fees:

• If a return is approved without a replacement order, posGtech Inc. reserves the right to apply a 25% restocking fee. Customers will be informed of any applicable restocking fee before the RMA is issued.

APO / FPO International Terms & Conditions:

All above conditions apply as well as the below terms and conditions.

posGtech Inc. ships internationally to APO’s, FPO’s via USPS and we ship to all APO’s, FPO’s located in Canada, Germany, Ramstein, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Guam, Honduras, Kwajalein Atoll, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Jordan, Iraq, and all points in between.

For shipments to APO addresses and FPO addresses no Import fees, duties, taxes, vat fees, etc. are charged. The only charge would be the products price, USPS shipping charge and the insurance to insure the APO and FPO shipments.

Returns from APO and FPO are generally not accepted due to some toner cartridges, printer supplies and parts may be classified as hazardous materials due to their contents, especially if they contain chemicals or ink that could be harmful if spilled. These products might have restrictions on shipping, and it could require special handling or documentation. Also, it’s more difficult to meet RMA expiration dates when dealing with an APO/FPO address due to longer shipping times.

There are some shipping restrictions to APO and FPO of items that are restricted from shipping IE Batteries, Power Banks, UPS Battery Back Up systems, Etc. Check with your sales representative prior to ordering.
